Fisk & Nagle First Choice Real Estate is one of the longest established real estate firms in southeast NSW. The agency commenced operations in 1969 with a humble but noble beginning in Pambula on the far south coast. The early focus was the sale of rural holdings and stock. Over the years Fisk & Nagle has slowly grown, expanding into more areas and is now the largest independent real estate operation on the Monaro and far south coast.

The Fisk & Nagle success story can be attributed to dedication, drive and enthusiasm. It was motivated by an honest desire to provide regional towns with local real estate services built on integrity and transparency. These values created the drive to make our story happen.

With five real estate offices located in rural and coastal areas, Fisk & Nagle has achieved its goal. We now provide real estate services to the people of Cooma, Bega, Eden, Tura Beach and Merimbula and surrounding towns and localities. With sizeable property management portfolios complementing real estate sales, you could say that Fisk & Nagle is now firmly ingrained as a local identity.

In 1999, Principal Don Peterson left Sydney behind. It was time to craft a new life where beaches were uncrowded, crime was minimal and traffic congestion was non-existent. The far south coast was ideal. It was coastal, there was an airport, it was only two hours to the snow and three hours to Canberra. It was a lifestyle change that would, in turn, create an entirely new life. Proudly taking over the local real estate identity,  Fisk & Nagle in 2000, Peterson set about increasing the office presence from two to five in a few short years.

Fisk & Nagle now has an annual sales turnover of approximately $40 million and employs 25 staff making the company one of the region’s most substantial private employers. A full range of real estate activities are offered, including Holiday & Residential Property Management, Residential and Commercial Property sales, Business sales, Stock and Station sales and an online holiday accommodation service. Further projects are planned.
